Define the finished set
The catalog names are inquiry starting points, not evidence of inventory, factory identity or approved performance. Use the order brief to define occupancy, shell and frame materials, packed and erected dimensions, carry weight, accessories and artwork. A footprint, extra pegs or spare pole sections should be stated separately if required.
Ask each potential supplier to confirm MOQ by variant, pack ratio, carton dimensions and the quoted delivery scope. A per-set quotation must describe the same included components before it can be compared with another proposal. Weather-performance evidence must identify the exact proposed item and test conditions; a general family label does not establish suitability.
Use an optional budget with currency and per-unit or full-order basis to discuss cost priorities. A premium, mid-range, budget or undecided preference helps frame finish and service trade-offs but is not a verified supplier rating. Availability, sample charges, document access and timing remain subject to supplier response.
For a sample request, define what the sample must resolve: appearance, assembly, measured floor area, packed dimensions or the final accessory list. Record the item identifier and revision when the supplier proposes it. A swatch can support a material or color decision but does not answer how the assembled tent behaves. Do not infer a wind limit, rain performance or intended-season suitability from a category name. Keep those questions tied to the proposed configuration, test conditions and buyer acceptance criteria. The inquiry form preserves your notes while adding optional budget and preference details to the same requirement.
