Independent supplier matching
A factory search becomes useful when responses describe the same proposed tent. Our role is to coordinate requirements and comparison questions for US business buyers, with manufacturer identity and item evidence still to be confirmed.
State outdoor use and occupancy, shell and frame materials, erected and packed dimensions, net weight and included components. Ask each possible supplier to mark deviations explicitly. A lower weight request can affect floor fabric, pole selection and durability expectations; decide which parameters are mandatory and which may be proposed as alternatives.
Identify the sample configuration, who approves it and which revision controls production. Inspect assembly, pole connection, zipper operation, seam treatment, ventilation and bag fit. Request decoration proofs separately when the fabric sample does not include the final logo placement. Sample charges and availability must be confirmed.
Normalize the currency, quantity unit, pack ratio, carton dimensions, artwork and sample charges, production assumptions and freight scope. Compare unit price and complete procurement cost separately. A tent quote excluding pegs or a carry bag cannot be treated as equivalent until those exclusions are priced and accepted.
Request the proposed fabric/coating specification, test method, specimen and conditions. Material results do not by themselves establish seam, zipper or assembled-tent performance. Keep unreviewed statements labeled as supplier claims.
Ask for carton count, weights, delivery term, destination and exclusions. Production and transport timing are separate assumptions. Our coordination does not certify goods, reserve inventory or guarantee shipment.
